Sony PlayStation Vita also known as the PSVita offers 5-inch OLED touchscreen (960 x 544 pixels), dual analog controls (proper ones, with thumbsticks), rear touch controls,  six-axis motion sensors, front and rear facing cameras and a touchpad on the back too. The device is supposed to run a quad-core ARM Cortex A9 processor.
